Sound Master Tutorials LLC. d/b/a Sound Master Pro (“SMP,” “we,” “us”) provides an online video service offering a variety of sound and music related tutorials and other content (collectively known as the "Content") provided to you through our website at soundmastertutorials.com.  Our video service, the Content, and any other features, materials, or other services offered by SMP in connection with its business, however accessed, are referred to collectively as the “SMP Services." The Content is available for permissible viewing on the soundmastertutorials.com website.

You must agree to, and follow, the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Use to access the SMP Services. By visiting, or browsing the SMP Site or using any of the SMP Services (including accessing any Content) you are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use any SMP Services.


2. Changes to the Terms of Use:
Sound Master Tutorials LLC. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change the Terms of Use on our website.  The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions.

3. Access and Use of the Service:
The SMP service, and any content viewed through our service, is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. With your SMP purchase we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access the SMP content and view your course(s) through the service on a streaming-only basis for that purpose. Except for this limited license, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances. If SMP finds you have violated the terms of use, SMP may revoke your license at any time in its sole discretion.

If you are under the age of 18 do not register, post materials on forums, or make purchases on the SMP website without express parental permission.

You may never use another's account, and you may not provide another person with the username and password to access your account. You are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your password remains confidential and secure. You agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Service. You also agree to immediately notify SMP of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. SMP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these terms.

4. Money Back Guarantee:  
SMP sells one time purchase courses and videos. Payments are nonrefundable. There are no refunds or credits for any unwatched videos or partially taken courses.
SMP does however offer a fourteen (14) day money back guarantee immediately after your purchase. If during the first 14 days of your purchase, you decide that the product is not right for you, contact us to request a refund and SMP will proceed with a refund of your order your course, or any other product you may have bought during this purchase.

Refunds are not available for accounts which have violated the terms of service. Violations are determined at SMP's sole discretion. If SMP determines that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Service without delivering a refund.

5. USER CONDUCT
As part of the SMP Services, users may have a chance to publish, transmit, submit, or otherwise post reviews, comments, or other materials ("User Material"). You are solely responsible for all user materials. To keep the SMP Services suitable for all of our users, you must adhere to the following rules: Limit your User Material directly relevant to the SMP Services. Further, you must not post User Material that contains Unsuitable Material or improperly claims the identity of another person.

Upon examination or notification of content posted on the SMP Site, SMP reserves the right to reject, remove or edit such content at anytime without notice. User content should not be posted that contains: harsh, profane or discriminatory language; illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory or otherwise objectionable content; URLs, phone numbers, mailing or e-mail addresses, personal attacks on the videos and featured persons; misleading information regarding the origin of the content; or a discussion of SMP policies or services.

6. OUTSIDE PRODUCTS AND DESTINATIONS:
SMP occassionally may mention a specific product or service other than the SMP content or service, or provide a link to a mentioned product or service. These actions are guided by personal experiences and opinions of SMP and are not specific endorsements. Do not infer that SMP is recommending such a mention over other opinions and choices. In fact SMP encourages all users to think independently and seek to make their own personal best choices through their own due diligence. If SMP mentions a product or provides links to an external destination, do not infer or assume that SMP is in any way connected with said destination. SMP does not control or operate any other product or service other than the SMP content and services. If you have any dealings with product manufacturers, wholesalers, or retailers that SMP has made mention of; or if you click on an SMP link that takes you outside of the SMP site you do so at your own risk and you are subject to the terms and conditions of that external website or destination.

7. TRADEMARKS
SMP, the SMP logo, and all other SMP marks, graphics, logos, scripts, and sounds are trademarks of Sound Master Tutorials LLC. None of the SMP trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.

You agree not to modify, copy, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Service Content, in whole or in part. In connection with your use of the Service you will not engage in or use any data mining, or similar data gathering or extraction methods. If you are blocked by SMP from accessing the Service (including blocking your IP address), you agree not to implement any measures to circumvent such blocking (e.g., by masking your IP address or using a proxy IP address). Any use of the Service or the Service Content other than as specifically authorized herein is strictly prohibited. The technology and software underlying the Service or distributed in connection therewith are the property of SMP. You agree not to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. Further, you are strictly prohibited from creating derivative works or materials that are derived from or based on in any way the Content, including videos, wallpaper, desktop themes, greeting cards, and merchandise. This prohibition applies even if you intend to give away the derivative materials free of charge. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by SMP.

8. WARRANTIES:
Your use of the SMP service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as otherwise provided herein, SMP disclaims all warranties of any kind. SMP makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, and the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations.
