There is a huge amount of information in SMP Essentials. In order to truly understand and retain the information, we highly recommend you take the time with each lesson to write notes and apply the concepts. A good average would be to view 2-3 hours of lessons per week. However, one of the great things about SMP Essentials is that you can proceed at your own pace. You can take as long as you want to complete the course or you can speed your way through it. How you proceed is totally up to you.
